Alexis has held various positions in the real estate industry. He worked as Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Colterra Capital Corporation before heading the financial analysis department for the Montreal Capital Markets Group at JLL. While at JLL, he managed the valuation of properties of over nine million square feet and real estate assets with a combined value of over $2 billion (CAD) across all major asset classes.
