Ava’s professional background began with the International Aviation Travel Association (IATA) as Manager of the Endorsement and Appointment Department; taking on Travel Agencies across the USA.

In 2001, she left the commercial side and became a Real Estate Broker and quickly received awards, for four consecutive years. In 2007 she became a project specialist, she worked on some of the Montreal major real estate projects. Member of l’Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) & the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (CIGM).

Ava has built a clientele both locally and internationally. She has acquired these clients with her attention to customer service and professionalism. Ava is excited about bringing her enthusiasm as well as her expertise to Engel & Völkers’ team.

In 2019, Ava Ball ranked #5 worldwide within the 10 Top Advisors – Number of Sales Award category within the Engel & Völkers network, and won the Diamond Elite Award in 2021.
