A Québec native, Patrice Groleau is a licensed real estate broker based in Montréal and the owner of McGill Real Estate. He holds a distinguished academic background in real estate, management, and finance, having studied at some of the world’s most prestigious institutions, including Harvard University, Université du Québec à Montréal, Université de Sherbrooke, and McGill University.

This multidisciplinary education has enabled him to develop a deep understanding of the real estate market, both locally and internationally, as well as a strategic perspective on real estate investment, asset management, and project development.

At Harvard University, Patrice completed the International Real Estate Management program, where he gained a global outlook on markets and investment strategies. He has also pursued advanced studies in entrepreneurship and project management, in addition to holding certifications in risk management and securities trading in Canada.

Based in Montréal, he advises a local and international clientele on residential, commercial, and investment real estate. His in-depth knowledge of the Montréal real estate market allows him to identify high-value opportunities and develop tailored strategies aligned with each client’s objectives.

Patrice also serves as a license partner and Agency Executive Officer for the international luxury real estate brand Engel & Völkers, where he oversees a network of offices in Montréal, Old Québec, the Eastern Townships, and Toronto. In this role, he leads high-performing teams, upholds the brand’s standards of excellence, and ensures an exceptional client experience across all markets.

An active member of Québec’s real estate regulatory body (OACIQ) and the Greater Montréal Real Estate Board (GMREB), he is committed to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.
