A graduate of the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec since 2016, Yannick has held positions in the areas of commercial leasing and property management of Groupe Germain et Casot Ltée, a major real estate and hotel pan Canadian owner. This experience has allowed him to perfect his knowledge in commercial real estate and the art of negotiation. Originally from the South Shore of Quebec City, he was a member of the Quebec City Regional Council (QRC) of the Urban development Institute of Québec (IDU), where he was an active member from 2018 to 2020.In addition to his solid experience in real estate, he has started four Sushi franchises that he managed for almost 10 years.
