- The tenant must comply with all building rules and regulations at all times;
- Smoking is strictly prohibited (including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana, and cigars) both inside the unit and in common areas;
- Animals: to be discussed
- The tenant shall be responsible for any penalties resulting from failure to comply with the building regulations and the declaration of co-ownership;
- The tenant shall be responsible for any costs associated with the loss of keys;
- The condo will be clean at the time of occupancy and must be returned in the same condition at the end of the lease. This includes all inclusions, as well as the condition of floors and walls. Except for normal wear and tear, any damages must be repaired at the tenant's expense before vacating the premises.
