Regulations and conditions for the Lease rental period:

-Cost of minor repairs up to $350 shall be borne by the Lessee. Over and above $350 the cost shall be borne by the Lessor, unless said damage is caused by the Lessee neglect or otherwise. The residence shall be returned in the state that it was prior to its leasing minus normal wear and tear.
